• Verbos útiles como *advise*, *prefer*, *find out* y *talk to*. ¡Vamos a empezar!

EXPLICACIÓN

Teoría y puntos clave

Preguntas con "going to" Para preguntar sobre planes, usa "Are you going to...?" o "What are you going to...?". La estructura es: *Am/Is/Are + sujeto + going to + verbo*. Ejemplo: "Are you going to talk to your teacher?" (¿Vas a hablar con tu profesor?). Recuerda que la respuesta corta es "Yes, I am" o "No, I'm not". Un error típico: decir *"I prefer coffee than tea"* — lo correcto es "I prefer coffee to tea". Y para pedir consejo: "What do you advise?" o "What's your advice?".

Preguntas con going to

Questions with going toAm/Is/Are + subject + going to + base verb?

La estructura es: Am/Is/Are + sujeto + going to + verbo base? • Are you going to talk to the teacher? • Is he going to find out the price? La respuesta corta repite el verbo to be: *Yes, I am* / *No, he is not*. Con wh-words (what, where, when), la palabra va al inicio: *What are you going to do?* Usamos esta forma para decidir opciones y hablar de intenciones claras.

Are you going to talk to your friend about the event?¿Vas a hablar con tu amigo sobre el evento?

Are you going to find out the price of the tickets at the station?¿Vas a averiguar el precio de los boletos en la estación?

Recuerda: en preguntas, el verbo to be va antes del sujeto. No digas *You are going to...?* — di *Are you going to...?*
*Are you going to visit the museum?* es natural; *Will you visit the museum?* suena más formal o espontáneo.
